Weight & Wellness Coaching is for you if you are finding yourself overwhelmed and paralyzed with information on what to do to improve your weight and wellness. This is for you if you are ready to take action in a holistic, sustainable way that is realistic for you and your lifestyle. You will not find calorie restrictions or pre-packaged meal recommendations in this approach. This is not a cleanse or a quick fix, this is about discovering barriers, evaluating your current plan and moving forward in a way that supports your goals and intentions.
Each session we meet we will build on the session prior, allowing for flexibility, growth and time to apply education as needed. Our first session together we will dive into a holistic assessment where we will review your health history, current health state and needs, symptoms, routines, current barriers, lifestyle and goals. From there we will co-create your next steps and develop your personalized plan, involving education and implementation.
I will meet you exactly where you are and you will drive the direction of your success as I believe you are the expert in your own body. I will provide you the guidance, support, accountability and tools and the result will be driven by you.
In this space you will learn about various tools to guide you to your goal: mindset, nutrition, routine, fitness, and much more. Weight loss occurs from the inside, out and I will coach you through the discovery.
The work you are about to do is greater than a quick fix and will help you create sustainable wellness and self love. We will dive deep, so get ready to thrive!

Weight & Wellness Coaching is purchased in a package of 9 sessions or 12 sessions, that are 60-minutes in duration.
Sessions are held virtually.
*Results are not to be expected in the completion of 9 or 12 sessions. This work is on-going and the duration of your accountability, support and education from DeBruine Wellness is up to you. Historically, clients will complete 2-3 rounds of coaching packages to develop sustainable habits and create lifestyle change and and weight loss. The result you will receive from this work is a reflection of the effort you apply and you are responsible to apply the tools and education your receive.
