Over six weeks, female athletes will build speed, agility, coordination, balance, and confidence through progressive, age-appropriate training. Each session builds on the previous week, helping athletes improve movement mechanics, change of direction, and overall athletic performance in a fun, supportive environment. Led by a Registered Nurse, Certified Personal Trainer, and licensed soccer coach, this program combines expert coaching with a safety-first approach to help athletes move better, faster, and stronger for any sport.
This program is for the female youth athlete that is ready to take their sport to the next level. Sessions will include running, agility, jump training, sprint work and change of direction training.
